Our team can offer you a full range of services including:

  • Fire Strategies
  • Fire Policies and Procedures

Asbestos Management

The Control of Asbestos Regulations 2006 and more specifically Regulation 4 : Duty to Manage Asbestos in Non-Domestic Premises has set a legal requirement for both owners and occupiers of non-domestic buildings to have an asbestos survey and an up to date Asbestos Register in place. If you are an employer or are self employed but have some or all responsibility for conducting repairs upon or the reconfiguration of your premises, you may well be the “Duty Holder” under the regulations in which case the legal responsibility for compliance with the regulations rests with you.

At Camway, our experienced asbestos surveyors each hold the P402 Proficiency Certificate in Building Surveys and Bulk Sampling for asbestos. We are able to carry out Type 1 (Presumptive) Surveys, Type 2 (Standard Sampling) Surveys and Type 3 (Pre-Demolition/Pre-Refurbishment) Surveys as defined in the Health and Safety Executive Document MDHS100 and to compile and manage your asbestos register(s).
