Camway have been awarded the £ 2.6 million contract to refurbish the above property. The works comprise the extension of the existing building to the East and West elevations and the underpinning of the property to create a new basement retail area with 11 luxury serviced apartments above. The project will take 60 weeks to complete with an end date of April 2017.
